	PETER BROOK GALLERY ABOUT THE ARTIST ORIGINAL Peter Brook 1927 - 2009 Following the very sad death of Peter Brook in late November 2009 demand for his signed prints has been very high. Stocks of signed prints have diminished weekly and we have now sold out of a number of the signed prints. All Peter Brooks are now released unsigned, complete with certificates and marks of approval from Peters' estate, theses will be available by late January. All prices on the website are now for unsigned prints. If you would like a Peter Brook signed print please contact me first. We cannot guarantee we can fulfill all orders as stocks are changing daily - if we are unable to supply a signed copy we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please note we do have stocks left in our shop so if you have a specific requirement and we are not showing availability online please email, or ring me.

"I'm a relative newcomer to photography, discovering my passion in 2006 when I moved to a beautiful part of the world near Hebden Bridge.
While the landscape is breathtaking in any weather, I'm most likely to grab the camera when ominous clouds roll in or the rain is being blown sideways."


	Stef Ottevanger's individual sculptures are fashioned in clay and cast in bronzed resin, retaining the tactile nature of the original creation. Each displays spontaneity in design and an achieved essential vitality. The range includes: Sleeping Dog, Sitting Dog, Sheep, Puppy, Horse, Foal & Hare.

RUSSELL SHERWOOD

NEW and exclusive to The Smithy, the very atmospheric photographic work of Russ Sherwood. Local Yorkshire Dales Photographer that also hand makes all his own frames.

Like most people these days I use a digital camera, a computer and editing software. The old adage ‘the camera never lies’ no longer applies! I use technology to bend reality a little, sometimes quite a lot. The aim is not to deceive the viewer but to emphasise the atmosphere of the day, and to enhance and accentuate specific components of the landscape. I call it ‘painting with pixels’.

Thanks to all the people who have visited the shop and the web site, I welcome any feed back, especially as I designed and built the web site myself. If you find any errors or things not working or have any ideas how to make it better, please contact me.

If you are making a special journey to visit the shop please telephone me before hand, I will gladly open earlier or stay open for you.
